ORIA – They released the first single from their upcoming album

The Thessaloniki progressive groove metallers ORIA have already announced the release date of their second LP album “This Future Wants Us Dead” for April 25, 2025 via Theogonia Records (as we have refers to previous article). Just a short time ago they released their first single titled Guided by the Hand of GODS, which is accompanied by the official video directed by Lefteris Pasalides and cinematography by Pavlos Lygouris.

As for “This Future Wants Us Dead,” it is a concept album, set in a dystopian future, that explores the complex relationship between humans, technology and nature. Steve Lado handled the mixing and mastering “for maximum sonic impact.”
