THLIPSIS – Announced their new EP

The Greek black metallers THLIPSIS have announced the release of their new EP Servants of Apathy for the first week of February 2025 via FYC records. The album will be released on CD in a limited edition of 300 copies and with corresponding merch. Along with Servants of Apathy it will be released for the first time on CD and their first self-titled EP in a limited edition of 100 pieces also with corresponding merch. The guitars were recorded at ZRZS Studios, the bass at KTZ Studio while the drums and vocals were recorded at Adyton Recordings (Athens). Mixing and mastering was done by Achilleas Kalantzis at Suncord Audiolab, who also played keyboards as a guest musician. The album artwork is a creation of Vamon VII while the graphic design / Layout was done by Mick Alexandrakis (Black Screen – Graphic Arts).

They say: “Servants of Apathy explores the growing apathy of modern society. How disconnected we have become from impoverishment, war and the collapse of our communities. Eto rotten sociopolitical construction depression, isolation and entertainment indifference which is gives birth a creature servitude, a upright corpse, the last one man.” The EP is dedicated to the ongoing struggle of the Palestinian people.
